Aww..that was so sweet! I loved it! :) It was so ironic that I should be reading this type of story because of tonight's episode..at the end where Jarod's pain-tinged voice uttered how Sydney's son knows he loves him..and then the way Jarod voices that same statement again, you realize he is lamenting how Sydney loves his son..and not Jarod..and Jarod is obviously very hurt and upset over that fact..and my reading your story was just the cure, tonight, for the sadness I felt for Jarod. Sorry for such a rambling commentary. Great story. I hope you write a sequel. You're an exceptional writer. :)
