He was speaking to an empty room.
“ARRGH!” Harry growled, slapping his hands on top of his head in frustration, “I can’t believe I fell for that! I’ll fucking kill him when he gets back...why am I still talking to myself?”
Resolving to kick Inu Yasha’s ass later, Harry turned back to his dorm to get the book.

McGonagoll gasped, staring strait ahead. Dumbledore looked to where she was staring and froze, eyes wide. Snape’s jaw dropped in a most un-Slytherin manner. Flitwick dropped his fork. Morgana raised an eyebrow. Inu Yasha snorted into his food. Every student head in the great hall turned to look at one Harry James Potter; standing casually in the open doorway of the great hall while languidly petting a purring Mrs. Norris.

“Alright, I might have known something,” he gave in finally, “but seriously, the whole cat thing caught me completely off guard.”

HAHAHAHSAAHAHAHA! All the teachers are busy having heart attacks and Inuyasha in laughing into his food :D I love him! :D
