I sort of assume the boa is something or other he has killed, like a horns on his armor too. I just can't see Rumiko Takahashi giving him a menacing demeanor, a face like that...and a long fluffy kitty tail. Its a total contradiction. Cute one shot.

Aw this was cute. Have you figured out what Sesshie's fulffy is? Someone pointed out that in the episode when he first meets Rin you can clearly see both ends of it and they then said that it turned into his tail and ruff in his demon form. I think that's probably right.
