wait a sec, I can't grasp this. Ed MARRIED to McIntyre? oO but it was a good story anyways.

This made me sad...But as much as my heart secretly desired Spike to pop out from behind a tree, dandy as candy and professing his love to Faye, this was perfect the way it was. Nearly brought me to tears, and that's a rare occurence these days of late. For some reason, one of the last paragraphs, the part about her letting the wind blow through her fingers, and then the following thought...they just...Made the story for me.

*sniff**whimper*
*all-out bawl*

*Deep breath* BWah *Deep breath* a!*sniffle sniffle* sorry about that couldn't help that *wipes eyes with a hanky and has one last sniffle* this story is a real tear jerker, but its still a great story I hope you write more Cowboy Bebop and Trigun stories. *sniffle*

Wow, that was the first Bebop fic I've read and it's really good :D I enjoyed it. Did they ever make any more episodes than the ones on Cartoon Network? I love the music on the show.

Good writing and a good characterisation of Ed. I just don't buy Faye though. She and Spike never had any relations like what you are proposing and I don't see her and Jet together. Faye a mom? Come off it. Excellent use of grammar and details though.

Wow, I love the imagery there, faye with her hand in the open wind. Excellant.
