That was so sad. I wish Tezuka would let go for once, be careless, and just accept Ryoma into his life. But he wouldn't, because he's Tezuka. T_T You did great keeping them IC and the subtle angst that is not gaudily overdone but just tastefully enough. Thanks for writing this!

I'm not one for pairings, but I must say ... this is very beautifully written. The emotions seem very genuine and unforced, and you've managed to convey them while retaining Tezuka's sense of integrity and dignity.

I adored this, Ryoma was very in character and the way that Tezuka could see all his faults and still not disuade himself was done beautifully. Only criticism, and it isn't really that, is that there should be more of it! ^_^

That pairing..er...I'm a Tezuka-Fuji person myself, but I will give you credit where it is due. The story was very well written. You have a lot of talent and I have throughlly enjoyed my journey through your fics. Please keep on with your exellent writing.
