As usual, you writing is brilliant, and it has a very good plot, or what seems will be a very good plot. Anyway... do update soon! As for pairings... i'm not too fussed, as long as it's not slash, humongous age difference, or if you pair her with a dwarf like gimli. Other than that. I'm cool.

wow, i absolutely LOVE this chapter. if you are planning on making this an usa/eomer fic, i will absolutely love you to death FOREVER! i'm a little confused about saruman referring to a baby as "he" though. i thought maybe the orcs took shingo by accident but in the previous chapters you made it clear that it was a daughter. then i thought maybe eowyn was actually usa but maybe my hope for an eomer/usa fic is blinding me...ACK! I am, however, extremely glad that you decided to add romance but focus more on friendships and relations. those are the best stories.

anyways, i was wondering if there was a double connotation in "the senshi's greatest ally had fled: the sun."? is it referring to usagi's blondness or are you adding an O.C.? i'm so curious, you have no idea.

i do have issues with the "darkness of many colors" bit though. i love this line in the book because it shows saruman's pride and wish to be greater, more than white, but i feel that it doesn't really give the gloomy and terrifying picture of just...pure black. also, all the colors combined create white; black is the absence of color. unless we're talking about pigments and not light? i dunno, it's just that the imagery i get when hearing "darkness of many colors" is blackness with lots of rainbow sparkles throughout and it just doesn't make me feel very...helpless. it makes me want to make a very pretty dress. xP

anyway, i really like where this story is headed and i hope you update soon. (please forgive me for my weird critique and i hope you haven't been offended. xP)
