interesting start, but i must admit the idea of Akane becoming a soldier for the vatican is kind of frightning. That would reinforce the delusions she has alot. Not only would validate her as being right in her belief that shes always right, it would also make her beleive that her skills are up to par. Both of which are incorrect, and would end up being more trouble for Ranma to deal with. Do the whole world a favor, have one of the nuns shoot her when she puts out her battle aura. The amount of anger she puts out should make her pass for a demon.
