Nice, the spells are broken, the two are gone. Warmth has returned, making the group themselves again. I think Ivy the angel might have something to come back for... nymphs may go, but angels are ever present.
I enjoyed the descriptions of the frozen outside while the generator was being fixed- the adjectives used painted a vivid picture indeed. The Christmas poem fit, in a way, with the youthfulness of some of the characters. Thank you, Miss Ivy for the dreamy mood you have created. Is this the end...

Very WELL DONE! Personalities are becoming clearer, environment becoming colder... yet warmer in some characters' minds. The dichotomy that the sisters are living is believable, and Holly/Terra rest on the happy reunion of Beastboy. They all settle for the night, freezing as it is, some with tears drying on their cheeks, and others with dreams of grandeur (- kissing). Hopefully Star's character will find the strength to surprising attract and reclaim Robin that Ivy can only wish to posess. The kiss should backfire on him. This is a great chapter!

Oh, no power throughout the city- now the plot thickens. A new girl, Ivy, so beautiful and perfect is a great idea to throw into the increasingly jealous group. Star's feelings of loss and hope lost are believable and sad. How things can change! Great chapter!

Well, now some action... they are moving! The search for a robe was edgy and good, the cold could almost be felt as the characters' faces turned red and their breath rose.
Not quite as centered as chapter 1, but am anxious to read on.

I enjoy the descriptions of the old store, it is easy to visualize with your wonderful imagination. Not only can I visualize it, I can also relate to the hint of scents in the air. The personalized golden ring glistening makes it seem magic, as if it holds power of its own. This is nice for any season, including a fictious Christmas- which can be whatever you make it. The only negative - vegetarians? ugh! Overall, a nice start!
