I think it's perfect just as it is. It's short, sweet, but not overly so.

It would be good for him to have done that, and then for Tonks to give him a present of a wrapped pregnancy test showing positive.

Good story, but there are at least a few more scenes you could add. Tonks answer, Harry finding out he's going to be a father sooner than he thought, the reactions of everyone else, etc. It would be nice to see any or all of these soon.
