What with my lamentation of friendship and all that, this is very nice. And I like this view of them.

I should have something useful to say and I do not...I can simply bask in the happiness of this tense, deep, true friendship which you've so well painted here. The voices, the setting, the action--especially when Hakkai rewarded Sanzo by backing off and giving him space--everything is spot-on. Very, very well done.

I like this little story. It has a lot of character cramed into a short space. My one crit is that certain areas seem a bit forced. I can't wait for more.

Excellent! This story portrays Sanzo and Hakkai’s relationship very well.

This fiction is well-written. Nearly throughout the fiction, Hakkai and Sanzo are in character. Very good as I understand it is not easy to write about this complicated characters.

I love the calm atmosphere that this story has and the deep understanding between Sanzo and Hakkai that was illustrated so elegantly in this fic.
