First off, using first person is difficult [in my opinion], so I'd have to commend you on that alone~! Anyway, this is just..really awesome. I don't know how in the world you can compare it with my writing. I could never reach the level of profundity you have here-and with such a beautiful flow at the same time! n.n I love how you portrayed Sepiroth so differently, with the whole 'Shades of Grey' method. How strange that you thought the ending was lame, because I thought it was the best part. It left me with a feeling of finality, instead of an awkward "what?" So please don't beat yourself up over this; I think it was written very nicely :)

I don't think that was lame at all. A nice analysis of how Cloud could have been feeling after the final battle. I mean, we all assume that everything's okay now that Seph is gone so it's great that someone decided that maybe Cloud had his doubts. I think that it was kinda deep. Not too deep but deep enough.
