Wow. Words fail me, and I'm a writer.

What an epic, stunning work of fiction you've created. It's too bad that it can't be published as on eof the SG novels, it's certainly better than what's out there in some cases.

Since I read all three "Ring" stories in one go after they've been published for a while, I'm playing catchup, but...congrats on your Master's, glad to hear your little girl is doing better, and I hope that life has continued to get better for you.

You are a fantastic writer and I hope you'll continue your stories. I am going to dive into the Torment of Tantalus...my own lesson plans can wait, I think!

Really, well done to you. Thanks for the hours of enjoyment and the honest treatment of my two favorite characters. You gave them voice in a way that the show never could and wove them into a very believable tale.

All the best,
Pol

If this was your idea of a Daniel/Sha're story, you need to stick to your usual J/S fluff. Dispite your sarcasam, there is nothing lonely or poor about the character Daniel Jackson. He is more important to the SGC, Stargate Program, and the future of this make believe universe they live in, than O'Neill or Carter combined. Read some LE McMurray for some true inspiration for stories about this couple.

Upon rereading this story for the umpteenth time, I had to laugh...almost hysterically...at the name of the Iraqi who drove Jack and company around in this series. After watching "Jonah: A VeggieTales Movie" all I can picture is the little creature whose name is Khalil. The one who introduces himself by saying (in the appropriate accent) "I am a caterpillar. Well, that's not entirely true. My mother was a caterpillar, my father was a worm, but I'm okay with that now."

Good times! The things that fill a person's mind when they are avoiding packing...

I have just finished your trilogy and wanted to write and say 'what an accomplishment!' I cannot belive you've managed to do this with everything you say has been going on in your life.
Anyway, I absolutely love it! My favourite is definitely Learned by Heart but as an epic trilogy they all work well together. I've read Torment as well and I think thats my favourite overall. I just love the realisation, angst and gradual development of the relationship in that one.
Being British I do have to cringe VERY occassinally with regards to the odd cheese factor but deep down I know I love it.

Brilliant writing, please keep it up.

Absolutely, completely, positively satisfying! And I *so* look forward to those future stories. And I'm enjoying Torment of Tantalus even now. Thank you for sharing your gift of storytelling with us; I'm glad it gives you a much-needed respite from RL.

A very good and funny ending! Is there more to come or is this the end? I figure it is the end, but I have to ask.

Great ending to the trilogy of stories you've written in this series. You have a great writing style, its warm, funny and accessible; informal without being grammatically incorrect. Your plotting and story telling is spot on. And as much as I would hate losing you from the fanfic world, I would seriously encourage you to try an original romance novel - you're a natural.

Great epilogue - I loved so much about it, but the best things were Woolsey getting absolutely nothing (never could stand that smary SOB) and of course, the ending when Jack opened the package from Teal'c and Daniel. Just wish you would have written a wee bit more, so we could have experienced their reactions to the gift! :)
Great trilogy overall, and I am looking forward to more of your stories.
