Just found this gem, and found it fascinating, as your work usually is.

Nicely written... I like the viewpoint from pippin. Just as he talks of climbing at tree...And the ending fits...Frodo taught him how to climb... Look whats in front of you and one thing at a time...Nice job...

^_^ Aw. Even if it is movieverse, I always thought Pippin should have gotten more credit for climbing up that mountain. Bravo!

What a wonderful story. Pippin's one of my favorite characters in both the movie and the book; it's nice to see Aragorn giving him the recognition he deserves! The tribute to Frodo at the end was just fantastic.
