Sabishi Tomo 2007-04-26 ch 3,	abuseI have to admit, when I first came across this fic, I was rather skeptical about it... I mean Akari/Akira? But as I continued to read it..all my doubts were erased. The characterization was perfect (though I still find suicidal Akari a little hard to imagine) But I soon discovered that you hadn't updated it over a year... T-T Why is it that all good writers disappear from the scene? Are you planning on continuing this? I really hope you do... someday ^^

I guess I really like the way you potray Touya and I don't get tired reading how he acts around Akari. He is definitely in character all the way. You must be really busy with school since it had been a long time since you updated. Anyways... all the best in school!

ObscureAnimeWriter 2006-05-01 ch 9,	abusemm...since this hasn't been updated since december of 2005, I get the feeling that you won't be adding more chapters anytime soon. Such a shame, such a shame...I've recently decided that I absolutely adore this couple (for reasons unbeknownst to me) and I'd like to see how this pans out. I'm a horrible updater, myself, so I can at least understand why you're not continuing this (at least currently), but I strongly encourage you to write the eleven parts you initially had planned for this even if you've decided against it. On another note, I absolutely adored the non-cliche reason behind Akari's depression. Was her husband one of the characters from the series? Yuki, perhaps? Or even Kimihiro or Kaga? There doesn't seem to be much significance as to the identity of her dead spouse mentioned, but it would be an interesting twist all the same...Again, I'm hoping that you'll continue. Just in case, you're on my alerts list. .:ObscureAnimeWriter:. -- Every nerd has his day. With Inoue Orihime, Ishida Uryuu will have an entire afterlife. PS: If you're interested in the Bleach fandom, I highly reccommend reading IshidaOrihime-based fic's (as you can probably tell by my signature). I'm mostly a Bleach writer myself and the pairing is so...versatile. (Plus, I have a thing for nerds. Go figure.) You can start out by reading my own fanfiction, if you like, or you can find as much IshiHime as you could possibly want in the C2 archives. My own C2, "The Thread that Binds," is comprised of over a hundred IshiHime fic's just waiting for you to read them...my personal reccommendation is for you to start with debbiechan's fic's and work your way up.

Akira trying to get Akari out of the house... and finally Akari agreed. Well... I think I am more one sided... I only could write Touya Akari. yvie 2005-12-01 ch 2,	abuseThe description of Akari's growing depression and her feelings just before she jumped off the bridge was really good. I don't know if you have experience of these things but I know from personal experience that depression starts out small, usually from little faults and failings that one sees in oneself, then it eats at you and grows until you feel so unworthy that dying brings no fear. I did not commit suicide like Akari because I was not afraid to seek help and also, I have a strong religious faith and am desperately afraid of burning in hell. Akari would not have that because so little percent of the Japanese population believe in Christianity. I think that Akira would make a better lover than Hikaru because he actually has the space in his brain for things other than Go. If you never intended for this fic to come to live, then I am impressed because I am enjoying it and this is the first Hikaru no Go fanfic that I have read. I was rather afraid of too many yaoi in Hikaru no Go like in Naruto or The Prince of Tennis.

alli 2005-11-14 ch 8, anon.	abuseaww.. akari acting like a little kid and akira acting like he was playing a dumb parent when he actually knew everything. i liked this chapter a lot. i don't know why but her complaining character appeals to me.. maybe cause i complain a lot... lol
alli 2005-11-14 ch 7, anon.	abuseaw.. i guess akira is responsible a lot so that does explain his actions. that's nice though, the idea of saving her becuase it's his moral duty not becuse he finds himself in love with her after he just met and hasn't even got to know her all that well yet. yeah that makes me want to read more...
alli 2005-11-14 ch 6, anon.	abusewell that was really unexpected. well the part with akira and akari's reason for depression but i guess writers are supposed to be a little unexpected. i liked the reason for akari was so sad but before i thought it was because she wasn't really anything in life and no one like her etc. etc. but this way i can understand it a little more because akari now isn't a teenager anymore and so might not be feeling that way. i liked that but now i'm curious to know who her husband is? and if he might be alive cause it usually happens in some movies. but then again those are movies... will read more...
