Thiago Krause 2008-07-24 ch 46,	abuseHey! I've written a carefully detailed review to chapter 46, but unfortunately refused to accept and I lost everything I wrote. I was so pissed of that I posted a review just to complain. Anyway, here goes the "true" review. I've read your trilogy as fast as I could, even faster, in fact, considering that a lot of time I was reading it I should be studying. Your story is fantastic, the best fic I've ever read, topping even Full Pensieve's Years of Rebellion (who, by the way, indicated this trilogy as one of his Top Ten Favourites of all time - that's why I started reading it). A lot of things impressed me in this fic: the very good written style (even with a few typos along the way) to start, but mostly the excellent characterisation and a nicely woven plot (though it wonders a bit from prophecy to prophecy - too many of them for my taste - and a bit of indecision if Harry would or would not play a important part in the story). What I found truly great also was the realistic world-building and careful planning in the construction of the story. Your world is more detailed and much more belieavable than Rowling's, though it's obvious so because you can draw upon her work to create even more stuff. Another excellent aspect of this work is that you managed flesh out so many characters, something made possible because of the multiple points of view in this story and the effort to truly effort to picture everyone as people. As you intended, the Marauders were the "Rule of Four" in this fic, making it truly great. All others characters, fulfilled their supporting roles suberbly, most of all dear old Tom, depicted here in a very interesting way. All in all, your story is moving, compelling, tense and a lot of other adjectives. I'm amazed, and all I can say is: thank you.

(Hm, I think I'll wait until the end of the school year to perform my once-yearly act of evil, so I can screw with Potter's final exams.) But... the action, characters, and descriptions are lovely, the story is just as addictive as it was at the beginning, and I suppose that the end of the chapter is fitting. You're evil, but all the best authors have at least a touch of evil in them.

Jesse Roscoe-Solkalov 2008-06-08 ch 47,	abuseThis is (without a doubt) one of my favorite AUs. Since I started reading fanfic, I've wanted a plausible, well-written story about the same possibilities explored in this series. I'm called an enigma by my friends because I adore Snape, yet I manage to like the Marauders as well. I have come across very few pieces that balance Snape and the Mauraders well without making Remus a timid coward, James overly arrogant, Sirius a complete jerk, Peter another coward, and Snape a complete victim...or Snape is just completely evil. I was on the edge of my seat, waiting for Snape to make his final moves. You made the characters much more believable and likable without being dramatic. Waiting for more.
