You have an amazing talent for writing- and that's something that I don't say lightly. Stories that aren't well written *bug* me so much, but you've made this really interesting- great descriptions, great characterization, and suspense. Can't wait to read more!

I really liked Jack's dialogue and actions, they were perfectly in character. You nailed him better than most do, and, IMHO, he's a tough character to write.
