Well, you have me crying all over myself. Alot of it is the fact that I cry everytime I see Qui-Gon die in TPM and alot of it is imagining Eewan McGregor as Obi-Wan crying his heart out in grief. VERY well written, b/c I had to stop and take a minute before I could read on, just a bit before Amidala showed up. And talking about it is making me teary!

I sobbed most of the way through this, and it is rare a tale that can stir that much emotion in me. Oh, this was simply and utterly a beautiful piece, and I greatly admire an author of such skill and heart. The characterization of Obi-Wan was right on the money...you write him very will. Anakin and Amidala were also used very well. I was glad to see Anakin showing some depth (more so than in the movie). Over all great job...I hope you've written a lot more because I am really looking forward to reading more of your work.
