I like the realism of this chapter - that he's able to do some subjects with better eyesight, but others are complicated. If you don't know geometry, seeing better won't magically put it into your head. And I like the realism of the teachers: some are pleased that he's doing better and willing to give him a chance and encourage him, while others are just too locked into their negative view of him. Excellent. |
