Excellent. Nice characterization of Javert. (favourite's list)

Good idea, good execution. One minor thing, though, - the use of "mon ami" seemed to jump out - I don't think it's necessary to use French phrases unless there is no direct English translation. Putting it in French makes it stand more than I think you intended. But like I said, just a minor personal qualm. It really is quite good.

There's a good point being made here but the writing rather obscures it - it's a little stilted, a little awkward
Still, it's a nice idea, and you obviously can writeso keep it up
