How interesting, ".." If you simply disliked the story, and gave reasons, I would not bother to reply. But the whole "award" comment is interesting, as nowhere in the FF.net listing do I mention the awards the story has won. I don't mention it anywhere, save for my own site. The awards sites mention it, but they reference the link -- and I pretty much always get people to link to my site, not the award.

Therefore, you actually had to hunt this story down on FF.net in order to leave this review. I will not debate the quality of the story with you, but this is not an honest reaction to your reading the story here. You wouldn't have read it here. You went out of your way to find a public place to say something snide, but I think you've mostly succeeded in making yourself look like the ** you obviously are.

Sorry, but this is a terrible terrible story. I can't believe anyone gave you an award. -_-;;

Cool story, I love it! Particularly because you seem to be one of the authors who think that the soul and the demon aren't two totally different persons who just happen to share one body. And your writing style is great. When I read it I seem to fell the things the characters feel, which is...wow. Not everybody can write like that...

I enjoyed this story very much. Both the dialogue and the action are entertaining and have a very authentic feel. When I finished reading the story, I felt as if I had just watched an episode of the show, because all of the details were so easy to visualize. If some of the adult language were changed, this story could easily be transformed into a script for ANGEL. I also liked the way the issue of Angel and exorcism (something I've been wondering about since last year's possession-themed episode) is addressed here; the outcome seemed very plausible. Kudos to Yahtzee for another engaging and entertaining fic.

"his face relaxed into his hunter's visage." That was a great line, it showed how the demon felt about his face or the way he is.
