aw...that's so sad. It was a different ending than I would've expected, and I love the way how the ending sentence ties in with the beginning. I would say (or beg, hehe) for you to continue it, but I think that'd take away from the emotional drama of the fic.

wow even though this was writen just for fun it was excellent! At first i thought it was about kenny & it turned out to be a Kyle/Stan slash, very surprising. Sad ending, great job:)

*Tearing up* Oh, I'm so glad you wrote this! Thank you so much for writing something I wanted to read about. For some reason I didnt think this sort of plot would make me feel so sad, but it really did. Probably because you are so good at describing emotions.

I feel so bad for both of them... But I think Stan more, because he's the one in love with Kyle, he's the one being left. Then again, Kyle *did* just lose his entire family. Very nice touch, by the way, very powerful.

I also like the way they thought of each other when times got too hard. It shows right there just how much they really *do* still care about one another, even though they've been apart for many years.

I also wanted to add... Just because this was a challege you took doesnt mean you can't add another chapter that shows what happens afterward and if they ever re-establish their platonic relationship, something more, or never speak again. Not saying you have to, just saying you could if you wanted.

I really enjoyed reading this, and thank you once again for taking my challege. If I had awards, I'd give you one. :)

But VERY good. This is my kind of angst and drama. Rejected love, not death of Kyle! I loved it so much, but poor Stan, and poor Kyle, their lives are both just crap now. But as least that had the bit of happiness amongst the sadness when they refound each other again...
