Adorably amusing and tender.

I thought this story was funny. I mean, the title says it all: Nonsensical stuff for the Captain and Carolyn. Lighthearted. A departure from their usual.

A literate, intelligent woman like Carolyn Muir using words like 'Jonny Boo' to her eight year old son? Sorry. I can't buy it. Not for a minute. Can't see Carolyn Muir or Daniel Gregg's mother acting so silly. Not good characterization at all for either of them. She has more brains than that. Baby talk like that is demeaning for the child, not soothing.

BTW -- it's Nonsense, not Nonsence.

I like this, Becky ... it's nice to see a bit of the Captain's past, and to have him realize that he is "human" like others because of that past!
