Please, take in consideration to continue this in a serie of collections of traumas that marks the childhood/teenhood of all the characters of ranma nibbunoichi.

I drop a hint about what i tough of kodachi:

When Tatewazki (tachi, for short), age 13, was in the basement training, Kodachi (Dachi, for short) was in the hall, arround the base of the stairs. Upstairs, Koucho (Dad, for short) and The Mother of The Brothers (Mom, for short) were discusing meaningles things.

The verbal figth soon escalates to phisical violene and Dad punches Mom's face and trow her intentiontionaly downstairs.

Moms ends whit multiples fractures, including his neck. Dachi sees it all. And Screams. Tachi hears it. Dad goes downstair and check mom's vitals, nothing found. "She's death" he says "You killed her" she yell him. Tachi shows up. He hear the last. Dad knows he is there. He says "she fall from the stairs" and wisper her "And you shut up or you will the next". Tachi, in denial, belives not his sister, but his father. In self mental defense he crates his delusional world. but deep inside he belives his sister. so he hates Dad. Instead, Dachi developes a great fear to his Dad, and distrust and fear (more than normal girls) All The Men.

So, this explains things like never have a boyfriend, going to a Female Institution (St Hebereke), Never shows up in fron of Dad, and falling in love with ranma.

Ranma hits her, causing her failing head first to the floor, like Dad did to Mom, but saver Her, unlike Dad did to Mom, so Ranma gains the status of Trusting and Knigth, So Dachi opens up her shields and let all her sarving heart to fall in love.
