I see that in addition to writing Kate/Gibbs stories, you are willing to pair Kate with Tony if the muse strikes you. (This parallels my reading habits. *grin*) I liked this story. I hadn't thought of what Ari's threat to Kate about Tony might have meant above and beyond the superficial level. I like that Kate had a reaction to Tony's attitude and that he realized that he needed to mature if he wanted to explore the relationship. I like that you showed the Kate/Abby friendship. I also liked that Kate felt the need to look into Tony's eyes to gauge his honesty. I do have a small nitpick, however. When Tony goes up to the roof to talk to Kate, you wrote "Tony grinned slightly at her friend’s hesitation", but I assume you mean "his friend's"? Not a big deal. I liked the story and I look forward to reading more from you. |
