I read this fic on a mailing list and enjoyed it then. It's a very emotionally charged piece that really tugs at the heart-strings, I'm just a little disappointed that you felt compelled to change the original pairing.

Guess I really should read the summaries better. I read this earlier on a mailing list but it was an alternate version. It's a good fic, very emotional but personally I prefered the other version :P
