a new girl in konoha was born.she is a sweet loving girl. her name was sakura haruno. as this beautiful girl turned into 15, she had met many people, and encountered many troubles, but never met a guy that would make her heart fall, as her first day in highschool she met a very curious guy and she was startled. this guy was an "uchiha" A.k.a sasuke. most of the girls said he's the most cutest, smartest guy in konoha. kring...kring... means time to go to class. class introduction started. sakura was the first one to introduce herself. sasuke looked at her and sakura was shocked to see that it happened. you know what happened? when sasuke looked at sakura, sakura thinks she's going to fall in the middle of the class. after 2 hours, the bell rang again. kring...kring... means its the lunch time for 2 hours. girls running, shouting and violently searching for sasuke, a.k.a sasuke. (they'll stop unless the'll find sasuke with no girl) meanwhile sakura entered the rooftop door until he found a.k.a sasuke...(what a nice drop by) then sasuke talked to sakura. ah, sakura are you really a new student here? yah, i am really a new student here. uhm by the way i am mr.uchiha, but you can call me sasuke. and may i call you sakura in short? of course, you can call me sakura, that's no problem. oh sorry, we have a nice talk but i think i'm running out of time. bye. sasuke smiled and said to himself that sakura was so annoying, then he smiled. sakura run and go to the school park and sit under a tree where pinkblossom flowers fall. after 10 minutes sakura didnt realize that she fell asleep. while sakura was asleep, sasuke noticed someone under the tree and he had a feeling that it was sakura. so, he went beside the girl and his feling was right. it was sakura. sasuke must leave for he had a meeting but before that sasuke makes sure that sakura is comfrotable. and sasuke after that says goodbye...
after 5 hours asleep, sakura was awakened. it is already dark, that she must go home. she walked, and walked until her hair in her body was standing. because there is someone following her.

Sasuke/Sakura isn't my favorite couple in the world, but you made it work... mainly because it doesn't work... Eheheh...

I like that Sasuke's come back and he doesn't expect Konoha to have changed because he hasn't- I wouldn't say he's immature, but he does seem to have thought he would be able to go off and grow up while everything back in Konoha would stay the same, which is rather childish. And I loved the tiny Protective!Ino bit when he finally gets to see Sakura again.

The thing I liked most about the end was not the 'love letters' bit but that he put them there 'carefully,' because Sasuke is all about absolute precision in every task and it makes him sound like the awkward teenage boy he is at heart.

I did find the "You can't go home again" to be a bit confusing- did he run off to be a missing nin AGAIN? But ultimately I thought the openended-ness worked; I like to think he left the village, gave up being a ninja, and is now in some completely peaceful but solitary profession... A gardener? A shepherd?

This was such an interesting view of what would happen *if* Sasuke were to come back. Rather than the picking up where he left off, it was disillusioning and he learns that nothing is the same and that the village and the people important to him, moved on without him.

I read this sometime back... and then when I decided to check out some SasuSaku C2s, this popped up again. Naturally, I reread.

It makes me want to cry... not really. But it's bittersweet like SasuSaku [should be].

well, i really hate it when in the end Sasuke and Sakura ain't gonna be together so.. I don't read fics like this. But your story caught my eye.. and it was great and beautiful! the sad ending made me cry though.. -cries- .. hehe.. hope to read more of your fics in the near future! :)
