A cute little snippet that works because it's Zoro and Sanji and together equals subterfuge love, because really they're both strong *manly* warriors that Do Not Show Feelings Especially Around Him. What also works is that Zoro is upset but he doesn't really think it, he just worries and stats thinking what he's going to start fighting and it's adorable. But what's better is that it's light-hearted. Too much angst isn't One Piece at all and having the ending be what is, just worked for me. The only thing that I could possibly consider changing is the couple of times you mention Sanji as "blonde", the correct masculine noun would be "blond".
It was a delight to read.
