ChibiConfettiQueen 2005-02-03 ch 1,	abuseAh! Yes! Minnesota! (I live in the state if ya can't tell, right smack dab in the middle) Ah! Catch fish? Sure. I think you kinda have to have been born and raised in MN to catch anything. I've only lived here for 5 years and the best I ever caught were northerns, nice sized, but only northerns, no bass what-so-ever. Very very sad. Hm, ~reads~ the first city they flew into would be the St. Paul/Minneapolis airport, then the charter flight you mentioned would've brought them to St. Cloud. (it's in the center of the state) Supplies? Most likely at Fleet Farm. Can get alot of stuff there, including junk food. :P That's my guess anyway. I hope they drove a few hours north. That's where the only half-decent places are at, or so I've been told. Carter's taking her laptop on the lake?! Is she crazy? She DOES know boats can flip over, right? Right? Nah, water was reason Teal'c didn't go? Oi! I'm more willing to bet it was the mosquitoes. They're absolutely horrid up north at the right time of year. Vicious. Absolutely vicious. Sounds like she's never been to MN before. Should tell her some Ole and Lena jokes. Tales about lutefisk, lefse, and all that good MN stuff. Srry if I'm just telling you things you already know, being I havn't a clue if you've lived/are living/have visited here before or not. I could tell ya a ton more but this is way long enough already, but hey! Any ?'s, I'll be glad to fill you in. I'm really enjoying this story so keep up the good work!
