What a beautiful story! Each sentence was written to perfection. There was nothing that could be done to make this any better... it was excellent to begin with.

Wow. Another deep and thoughtful piece. I have to say that this is the kind of fic that I admire the most; one that relies on thoughts and feelings for the content rather than dialogue or action. It's so easy to have someone do or say something; it's much harder to get feelings across. You managed to cut in and out of the two parts in such a way that the emotion just winds its way through the story, making it very easy to get into the mood of the piece. A trully inspired job, even if it was sort of sad.
