theweirdworder 2009-07-15 . chapter 1This story is kind of sad. But well- written :D |
 Steelsong 2007-02-25 . chapter 1WOW! that was interesting. |
Audley 2005-12-16 . chapter 1No offense, but this wasn't Daine at all. She stopped eating meat when she was younger. Sorry.
Good story, bad OoCness.

Mangled Daisy 2005-10-11 . chapter 1Wow! This fic is really good! I love it!

allela 2005-09-07 . chapter 1 I really like this. It would be cool if you continued it though, what happens to rikash after, and the effects it has on Kitty and Daine. Your story! |
 StAnDiNgContrapposto 2005-04-13 . chapter 1hello,
I was just reading your profile. I was wondering why you have this qupte in your info page,
" is a terrible writer's community. It fosters the worst possible habits: populism, cheesiness, repetition, plagarism and lack of honest critique."?
If you do not like this site, then why do you have your stories on here? I noticed you have a homepage. Why not keep your stories there? The whole idea of that quote on your page strikes many as being a bit conceited.
I do respect your opnion, and the opinion of others, but I see absolutely no *reason* for the quote. It seems to me like writing that quote there on your profile, then proceeding to post numerous fics, is uncalled for, and frankly, a bit like spitting on you host's livingroom floor.
I understand what you mean about what has turned into, but i am amazed as to why you see fit to post that quote. It seems rather rude and uncalled for, especially for those that fully appreciate the opportunity of posting their stories for anyone to see, no matter what kind of audiance it is. Sometimes it is satisfying just to know that your stories are out there for anyone, even if you do get some unhelpful reviews. You are still providing entertainment and perhaps even inspiring thought and other ideas for aspiring writers.
You can email me if you'd like.

Fate 2005-03-09 . chapter 1 Such a change from normal fanfiction. I love Rikash's personality, and I love how you made Aly's child a simpleton, nice touch. |
Lady Knight 1512 2005-02-10 . chapter 1Kinda sad and very emotional. An in- depth story. I liked it.

pumpkinchao 2005-02-09 . chapter 1That's amazing. Poor Rikash. I love the way you've made Daine such a selfish mother. And the part about Aly's child was lovely, too. I wish Tammy would actually do that, rather than give all her sheroes perfect, happy children. |
Rosie eisoR 2005-02-09 . chapter 1Daine is my favourite inept mother ever. This was so wonderful - I only meant to skim-read because I shouldn't really be online, but I had to finish it. I loved how she simply couldn't connect with him but had to map out his life anyway, plus the fact that they should have had a connection through their Wild Magic. |
hljhhhh 2005-02-08 . chapter 1I enjoyed it. Sorry I can't off a longer review, but I'm running a bit late and my ride is threatening to leave without me! So that's all. |
 ElspethElf 2005-02-08 . chapter 1Oh, Lea, this is /great!/
I love the whole mother/son dynamic, touching on philosophical and social issues regarding killing and war. You also made Rikash into a complete non-combatant, which stands so starkly against Daine, and there is that lovely section about his eating habbits.
I like the pace too, with Daine gradually growing further away from control. Her harsher-than-canon character did jolt me a little, but there is plausibility in it, given her years and experience.
On the whole, I love this. Definitely one of my favourites from you. |
TPfreak 2005-02-08 . chapter 1OH! I loved it! It's really good! Please keep writing, I can't wait for more, it's seems a little OOC, but I still really like it :D

pinky 2005-02-08 . chapter 1 ...ugh where is numair when you need him? and rikash is so much like nummy...caring and sensitive...i guess numair would have turned out that way if he hadn't have to face horrible people like orzorne before aiy? i would love to read more about where rikash goes and all...that was great and daine was absolutely in character! loved it! |
