wow. just wow. the way you captured don's emotions about the "new" and "old" charlie is amazing. Its true that when someone we love is changed by life that we often mourn the loss of the person we once knew, even while we love the new one still...you've shown it so clearly and in such a touching way...wow

An absolutely fascinating story from beginning to end. As an alternative universe for the Numb3rs first season dynamic this story is perfectly plausible. You introduce this new element of Charlie's blindness and, yet, keep all of the characters totally in character. You also crafted a well written mystery that had me guessing who the true culprit was and that had completely plausible math.

As for your writing about how Charlie coped and developed through his handicap, either you did a lot of research or have some first-hand experience of blindness.

I've already started reading the sequel and, even if I'm not finished with that story yet, I'm already hoping you have another Numb3rs story up your sleeve.

Okay. This is the first Numb3rs fanfic I've ever read, and I already love it.

I adore the show, simply because it shows that there IS a practical side to math, other than balancing a checkbook. And the fact that you can stay so true to the show, and the significance physics and mathematics plays in its plot astounds me!

I've only read this first chapter, But I will most assuredly read the entire thing and comment on each individual chapter.

I don't know if you yourself enjoy math, or if you're doing your research before posting, but I bow to you!

Not only did you do an excellent fanfiction concerning numbers and math theory, you did it in such a way that made it absolutely incredibly unique. (huggles story and adds it to favorites) I've only seen the first season of this show this week , but I'm thinking... and hoping... that it won't matter when I hunt down this sequel. Because... I want to read it. BADLY.

I think one of the best things about this is that yes, Charlie's blind (cries), but instead of him falling into this massive, adorable ball of angst, he adapts. He adjusts. That's what makes this awesome. (And he's STILL adorable)
