Loved the story, the Hinata Naruto marriage, epidemic in Konoha, everything that showed that life kept going and that the encounter was in the future. I guessed it was Itachi in the bag, but not the motivations for Naruto. Great story

Personally, I think that Sasuke's chill little demenor should have cracked with disbelief as he reached for that head. The second to last line might have been a bit too mechanical.

I actually started hating Sasuke after certain events in anime. First he was quiet and suffering, but still determined to defend his teammates even with his life. But later, he became a whiny b*tch who would do anything for power.
