I think you're a wonderful writer. I'm writing this review after jumping mindlessly through the "shatter" series: I looked up again for the first one, and here I am.

What can I say about your writing style? It's poetic prose - it has rhythm and expressions that make you think and understand reality through a different perspective; but it doesn't use verses, it uses the easier-to-understand sentences, destroying that rhythmic balance in a way that takes us closer to the chaotic wheels of Thought and Fate.

I love your line "The night chews, tears, and swallows." It's so lovely, reminds us how much of a doll Hisoka can be. I love it.

I know this is a late review but I just started to read fanfic in earnest and I enjoy your stories. Your sentences are so smart: snappy, quirky, like they know what work they are doing. I liked this one alot.

That was so sad and beautifully written. Awesome job.

This is very well written and the wording is absolute art in it's purest form. The feelings are so well described and you can actually HEAR the rain and smell the sadness, if you're really into it. I'm not even going to ask for you to make a sequel, it would only taper it down.
All in all, this is very good, one of the best one-shot ficlets I've ever read. Cudos to you! ^_^
