Wicked cool story. It reminded me very much of King Arthur times, just like DotR did when I played it. I loved how the interactions between Yami and Bakura merely gave us the *idea* of pairing them together in a relationship. You wrote them both very well. Nice work.

Goodness! A well-written darkshipping fic! I enjoyed this immensely, even though I know next-to-nothing about Duelist of the Roses. (Which is sad, because my brother owns the game.) Even without working knowledge of this 'verse, the scene was easy to fall into and suspend disbelief for. I absolutely love your style of writing (though I know it may have changed by now, since it's been a few years since you posted this - I imagine you've somehow managed to improve on what is already great)!

Beautiful! I've always wondered why there aren't more fics based on DotR, and yours sets a high standard. Yami's characterization is dead-on, and Bakura still manages to stay IC despite being an almost fatherly type...well done!
