Emerald Green Queen 2006-01-17 ch 9,	abuseWell, here it is... my fourth review.:) And another funny, and excellent story this fourth part is! In regards to your author's notes... yes, season 4 of both X-Files and Stargate are very cool!:) Onto the story... Ooh... theory confirmed, Cassie is evil! She knows how to blackmail. I was laughing (and snorting) so hard when she made Sam wear that skimpy t-shirt with 'O'Neill' plastered across the front. Obvious or what!?:) I was quite amused that in bossing Sam, she sounded just like her mother.:) LOL! I loved the line: 'She hadn't failed to notice Daniel was wearing his best pair of jeans (the ones that she had once had to listen to Janet go on about for quite some time) and a rather tight T-shirt himself'. I also loved what Teal'c wore, 'Return of the Jedi' is my favourite, too.:) I had to smile about the fact that Jack wore two party hats again... and as I said before... I thought the whole truth or dare incident wasn't filmed. Though the fact of all of them watching that tape is pretty funny! And having them tape this party ought to be funny later as well.:) I laughed when Sam turned up at jack's with the t-short, and jack's reaction to it!;) And Jack being unable to tear his eyes away. And his connecting Cassie's involvement ('Cassie's giggle was sounding so much like a cackle Jack's suspicions were confirmed. She'd done that to him on purpose, the little...') How sad (and a little convenient!) that Daniel's birthday hat was squashed the previous year! But as always, the presence of the hats were very funny! The scene with Cassie and the pizza delivery boy was great! Flirting, and then Cassie calling Jack 'grandpa'! Followed by: 'the old guy who ordered four pizzas a week and was always alone could have a hot blonde hanging off of him every once in a while' Lots of giggling ensued there!:) A slumber party was a funny idea... they had to do it sometime, Jack has tried a few ideas!:) I loved the pyjamas and slippers given to Daniel and Sam... very appropriate! And the build a bear idea was a very cute one.:) Even with the high-pitched singing! I loved the lines: "You're never too old for Build-A-Bear," Janet said firmly. Cassie couldn't help adding, "Although you might be pushing it a bit, Jack." Jack picked up the nearest bear, which was Daniel's, and threw it at her head. When it made contact, it started singing in its high-pitched voice. Everyone laughed, especially when Daniel made a big show of rescuing the bear and comforting it, and apologising to it for Jack's rough treatment. -I could just imagine this all! Ooh, even sleeping in sleeping bags on the floor... they are doing it authentically. Ah, that takes me back to my days as expert sleeping bad roller-upper and put-awayer!:) "What's up Doc?" he asked Janet with a big grin, looking pointedly at her slippers... LOL! I loved this years' cakes, with the volcano and dinosaurs, and a racing track with cars... very cute.:) I loved the teaching driving conversation, too! Yay! More jello shots! And yes, 'Grease' was the perfect choice! But I laughed at Jack and Daniel's horrified response! The girls serenading Daniel was pretty funny as well. Ah... where would things be if they didn't have to requisite nail-painting session?! Gotta love: "Sir, you could not ORDER me to touch your feet," she said sincerely. And the make-overs... always funny if you can pin-down a guy! ROFL: "We get to do you after you do us," Jack stipulated as his 2IC approached him with a lipstick. She paused with a raised eyebrow as she waited for him to realise how that had just sounded. He closed his eyes as it hit him, shaking his head slightly. "I'm going to be violently ill," Cassie muttered. Trust Jack! :) : ...she had no idea that while she leaned over him he could see straight down her pyjama top. Light blue camisole. Nice. While she put God-knew-what on his face, he made it his mission for the night to get her to take that top off so he could really see that camisole properly. '"Just so you guys know, all the other movies we'll be watching tonight have either Sandra Bullock or Julia Roberts in them." Jack was pleased to note that his 2IC joined him in groaning and wincing as they heard that.': I was groaning too, even before I read that the others were groaning! But yes they are slumber party movies, even though i could never bear to watch them! Yep, they had to watch the home video!:) 'Jack was really pressed up against Teal'c much more intimately than he was comfortable with'... LOL! Yeah, about how young they looked in the video... it is always that way whenever I go back and watch the early season, despite the fact that I started wactching the show that far back. ROFL! Everyone singing "Ain't No Mountain High Enough"! Ooh... busted! The belly button rings discovered at last! 'The look Carter shot her CO told him Cassie had used her knowledge for evil once again. He had to say he wasn't minding it too much this time.' Very, very funny! And 'ever have I ever' - funny! But when did kiss someone in the gateroom? Ok, Teal'c did (though at that point, it was only Sha'nauc, who was dead at the time). And kissing in the gate room... he he! "Oh, Jack, just a little word of advice..." Cassie said innocently as she headed back to the living room. "Your tongue is bright red from all those shots, and Sam's is bright blue... I'd be careful if I were you, if you both suddenly show up with purple tongues everybody else is going to know about your little tradition." Yep. The girl is evil! But I so love it! Yep, 'Indiana Jones' was the perfect choice.:) But at that point, i think the movie would've only been on VHS, not DVD. LOL: "Sam, what happened last year after your dad saw you and Jack in the car?" Cassie asked casually. "Nothing," Sam said automatically for the thousandth time. "Are you sure? Because I'd like to hear about it but if nobody has anything interesting to talk about, I have something..." she said suggestively. Sam groaned. "Nothing happened, Cass. Selmak calmed Dad down and pointed out that aside from the regulations and everything, we wouldn't be doing anything in a car full of our friends anyway. Dad didn't even mention it the next day when I had lunch with him." "Maybe not to you," Jack mumbled into his pillow. "What was that, Jack, I didn't quite catch what you just said," Cassie said loudly. "Uh, I said 'Cassie is a shrew?'" he tried. I was waiting for it, since you hinted at it at the beginning! The story in itself was also hilarious!:) Especially the 'family jewels' part! They FINALLY got to their kiss... what a wait! Hmm, I'll bet Cassie was awake! I liked the conversation abour having their kiss only on that particular day. I thought it was something that needed to be discussed. You wrote that scene well, about how they would keep wanting more if they didn't limit it. Bittersweet, though. Haha! I loved how they switchd the sleeping bags around! Er not good: "Oh, I completely forgot about that," she said without thinking. "See, I was having a slumber party with Colonel O'Neill and..." Poor Jake, I almost feel sorry for him! OMG! Daniel passed the tape onto Hammond?! ROFL! And Cassie 'explained' the context, so Teal'c put toy racoons in lis locker! Much hilarity in this chapter! These stories really are a scream!:)

Loved this ending thought it was brilliant and love all the jacob stuff! Your characteriastion and dialogue throughout is fantastic - i'm a huge fan of your work - can't wait to read more - keep it up! :)

The arm was familiar, but the only times it ever snaked around his waist were if he was suffering from a horrible injury on another planet and needed help walking. I love that! This series is great! Keep up the good work.

JamSack at ff.net 2005-06-26 ch 9, anon.	abuseOh my Gosh! I just read the last four BT's last night, and was all fluffed out! I had an overload of shippy fluffiness. Don't worry, it's good, you're stories are awesome! It's like that time I had a chick flick marathon with my friends, it was like a 'no more chick flicks for me' type thing. But I am probably going to read the rest tonight :) Lol I must admit, my friend (my Stargate buddy) has been pushing me to read it for ages and so I copied it onto my computer last month so I wouldn’t have to waste money and read it online, along with the rest of your stories. But for some reason I never felt motivated to read it. I read the rest of your stories I love the “Nice Trip to the Forest” and of course the “Comprising Positions” are soo much fun to read! So finally, last night I was like, ‘okay I’m going to read it’ but then I was like, ‘no I have to finish reading the forest one first.’ Procrastination! And then I read it. And now I think I know why I waited to read it. I stayed up till 1:00 am and I still didn’t finish all of them! I should have chosen to read it at day time, but maybe it wouldn’t have had the same effect since they take place at night. Needless to say my dad wasn’t too happy (he’s a light sleeper) when he found me on the computer still. As a result, I have to get off the internet in approximately 13 minutes , but I am going to finish reading number five and maybe six tonight. (though I don’t like Jonas very much). Anyway, the stories are great and I wish I had thought them up, but I’m way more than content (Okay I’m happy) to be reading them even more! I love your writing, you come up with the best ideas! And you’re totally wicked with the scenarios you put them into ;) And I LOVE Jacob, he makes things more interesting, but I hope my dad won’t be like that when I get to the dating stage. Oh Horror!
