It is indeed a beautiful fic, made even more poignant by the fact that Dannell passed away last September from illness. Her fanfic site has been transferred to http:/w.offpanel.net/dannell/index.html to preserve it. She was truly a wonderful writer, and I think it's wonderful that her stories live on.

After each time I take a break from ff.net I always come back and read this story. I'm sightly embarrased I never reviewed it before. Especially since looking back over my, erm, most "recent" writings under other names I have found traces of ideas from this story in them. Even just the title has had such an impact on me because it seems to come up alot, the physical act of letting go. An inspirational story, thanks.

I thought that this was a wonderful story. The fact that Bruce was dead threw me for a loop. In my mind, he will never die.

Oh my God! Everytime Bruce "let go" I felt weak. I can't seem to stop shaking... Thank You for the absolute best Bat story I have EVER read!
