Chocobos smell good.
I don't know this firsthand, obviously, but they're birds. Ergo, they smell good. All birds smell good (with the exception of certain galliformes). And chocobos are ratites. Ergo, they smell good.

90% of the time, when something abrupt and painful happens to a character in a fic I'm writing, their last words before death/incomprehensible screaming/unconsciousness are "Oh, sh--!" I don't know why. It's a phenomenon of my writing style, I guess.

But--! Butbutbut--! Birds! Are awesome! And! I have lost! The ability! To speak! In full sentences!

Yay, ?s! I love it when people talk in ?s. And !s. They're just so... versatile.

'Course, in Japanese it's "Onii-chan/otouto". I don't know the Chinese, but I don't think it's similar to "brother" in any respect.

It's fun reading this when I have mostly no idea what's going on! :D I love reading fanfiction where I don't actually know the respective canon...

Ah the magic scissors! This chapter was very funny. Loved the nailbat and the (possible) Cetra Chocobo Head.

Ok... now I'm playing final fantasy vii (multi tasking with the computer), and my dad thought I was insane, because the minute Heidegger comes on screen, I yell "He ROLLS GOD DAMN IT!" in a fit of laughter, just after laughing at Sephitorh on the boat to Costa De Sol... My excuse to dad, after he started staring at me was a sheepish 'He just wants to cut his hair...'

So I must congratulate you on a story that definately sticks in my mind. Thanks. It's still making me laugh... I think I'll read more soon...
