Aww, that was really such a sweet story ^^
That whole scenario of Nami and Luffy being stuck on an island together was perfectly played out. Usually, authors have huge problems working out that kind of plot without makng it seem too forced to random.

Though, there were maybe one or two holes in it that wasn't really explained(but could've if you did). Such as why Luffy didn't just use his rubber power to grab back onto the ship when they were flung off at first(if he still had the energy to grab onto Nami). Also, I'd picture the two more to be the type to go build a ship out of wood and try to find the others as their first instinct, espeically since Nami was the navigator.
