Ha ha. Well, Sesshomaru's right. If I was that hawk demon, I would too. But just picture Jaken glaring at a flower saying, "Oh, so you dare harm the beautiful maiden? Well, take THIS!" then he burns it to ashes while doing the 'Bwahaha' laugh. That's the first thing I though of when you said he was angry at all the bugs and flowers.
