Strange, angsty though I'm not sure why and now I'm confused too...but it was really quite pretty-for lack of a better description.

I really liked this... for just a test-run-thing, this was really beautiful. I enjoyed the way you write Eiri's perspective a lot. So bitter and so confused... I love his character and you write it perfectly. Nice job.

All praise from this end. It was well written and a good story line/plot/what ever you want to call it. I enjoy how you give Shiuchi more then tears and sudden happiness, and how Eiri can show emotion just chooses not not to.
