I really, really liked your writing style. You have very good pacing and realism with your dialogue. Very natural and flowing. I particularly like how you stayed true to the inherint characters of the major players (i.e. Elessar). You portrayed him as I see him also.

My favorite moment is the unveiling of his true identity as Thorongil. I am personally intrigued with all of Aragorn's back story, so much was just hinted at. I have begun my own collection of Fan Fiction called "The Future King". Guess you know who I'm referring to.

My only input would be to describe your settings a little more. More detail, I need to feel the study he is in, I need to see Denethor struggling to keep his scattered thoughts together by staring at the dust motes that shine in the rays of light from the window. That kind of thing. Make it more lush, tactile.

Keep it up and one day I will be buying your books at Borders.

All I can say is, damn sistahgirlfriend, I do love your work. This was a joy to read and I know I've said this before for other things, but I totally admire your ability to write an outstanding sex scene (and I know Merc helps from time to time, so this kudo is for her too). I need to learn some tips from y'all.

I like how you made Mari more than a trembling virgin, but still gave her a little bit of fear. With her dreams about Glorfindel, I can see where she might be bolder than some other new brides, but you struck a really nice balance.

This story may be over but please tell me that you will do others with Mari and Glorfindel in them!

But it is only the beginning! we should collaborate or something for both of our stories to continue.

After so many stories where Denethor is painted as an ogre, it was nice to see his softer side doting on Mari the day of her wedding. It added a wonderful touch to the story.
