Nothing new here this kind of shit is nothing new

So, at the end, does chaos still reign, or does the author intend that this is a newly ordered society, albeit a depressing one? A little more depth would be welcome, as I enjoyed reading this story.

It seems that every. single. character. in here is bonkers, but that's how it is in canon too. Quite well written.
