Oh... oh my god. This is really something. An emotional doozy of a fic. It seemed perfectly constructed, very well balanced. Everything fit, everything worked, the language was beautiful. The peak of action comes at the very end, a loss of hope and a gaining of complete acceptance. There is a tone of 'acceptance of death' that actually ran through the whole thing. Very noble, heroic, and very HUMAN accpetance of death. Wow. Nice job.

I liked it very much. ^_^ Especially how they failed in the end, and the fact that Squall (the hero) was not the last to hold on.
