WHAT HUNTER HAS FEELINGS WHAT. Well, obviously he does but the way in which this badass with a heart of gold revealed said heart was all BAM and ALEX LOOKS LIKE THE GIRLFRIEND OOOOH I SENSE ISSUES.

Even though until a few chapters ago I'd silently shipped Alex x Tidus a lot, I think I've jumped off to Alex x Hunter.. Either way, I love coming home after a long day and relaxing by reading all the chapters - Alex is so easy to relate to, which is a huge, huge huge huuuge drawcard for this story AND WHERE DID HUNTER GO OFF TO, GIVE US BACK HIS OBLIGATORY SHIRTLESS SCENES. /smacked/

Well what a twist. Are there alternatives version of Alex? Or did hunter fell in love with her past life? Update soon.

Um, not to be unkind - which is farthest from my intentions - but I have found a slight flaw in this chapter. You see, your character, Alex, ran into Yunalesca. Well, some people may not notice this as a problem, but I'm the kind of person who prefers to look as deep into the background of any game/movie/book that I very much enjoy.

Now, to start, the opening of the game takes place in the Dream Zanarkand, which exists at the same time as the main story. Sin was merely how Tidus and Jecht managed to become "real" before being brought wholly into Spira. You see, Yunalesca existed one thousand years before the game's opening, in the real Zanarkand. She and Lord Zaon would be the only survivors when her father used all of the city to create his super weapon: Sin. He sent them away, prior to Sin's creation, to Bevelle with information on how to "defeat" Sin, and how to prevent it from attacking their city (namely by preaching the word of Yevon). The Zanarkand Fayth were hidden on Gagazet, and the Dream Zanarkand was placed far out to sea to better protect it from the world, so that it might be forever remembered, as Yu Yevon wished it.

Like this chapter, when I read the farplanes scene I thought Alex was his mom, thought of the infamous star wars scene but with Alex and Hunter playing out the roles when the Wendigo breaks the ice at the lake and Alex is holding onto the ice.

I like story where people from real world enter a diffrent world but most are too arrgavating(i think) but your story made the cut... for now.

XD I really like how Alex and Hunter's relationship is slowly progressing, as well as how you managed to convey Seymour's complete and total creepiness. -loling forever at the 'spiritual pimp daddy' line- I do need to point out, though, that you've misspelled several names throughout the chapter; Guadosalam, Mi'ihen, and Yunalesca being the ones that I caught. Other than that, no real complaints. Anyway, keep up the good work! _

Haha, I can relate to Alex in this chapter. I'm sooooooooo tired. Hahaha, and I want to sleep but I'm worry that I'll end up sleeping the whole day away and missed my favorite show, which I've been waiting for. Haha, all new season tonight. So yeah, I had to run this a couple of times in spellchecker to make sure my tired eyes aren't making me press the wrong letters and stuff. Haha. Anyway, good chapter and glad to see she'll get some rest and everyone else too before meeting Seymour.

FINALLY!

I've been waiting for another chapter for ages and I'm so glad that I was patient (SP?)! This story has me totally hooked and I can't wait to see what happens after Alex gets past the point she can't overcome; maybe her "power" isn't so much that she's played the game but an actual power given by the Faith! Sorry, rambeling, it's what I do!

This is as well-written as it has ever been, but it's getting a little frustrating how little impact Alex has on any given scene. This is exacerbated by the fact that Alex really is a human, funny, likeable character, and the reader wants to see more of her, but for the better part of the story all we're getting is a faithful word-for-word retelling of the script, only it's Alex! this time around.

This is kind of wish fulfillment for us all - being able to go into the story and know in advance everything that's going to happen, all the enemy weaknesses, all of the character traits and future development - but I feel like with this story, in an effort to keep it out of Mary Sue territory (which it succeeds in entirely - this is the least Mary Sue-ish OC I have ever read in my life) you're making her too quiet and inconsequential. At many points it barely matters if she's in the scene at all. I'd love to see you explore the implications of her arrival more; it's a tough journey, but she also has a huge advantage, and she's not using it AT ALL, which comes across as less realistic than it is simply frustrating. Her arrival and her knowledge is a chance for things to go a little better or a little worse in the pilgrimage, whatever you choose, but so far Alex being there has barely changed a thing.

This isn't to say that this story isn't amazing - it is! It's one of my favorite stories in this fandom. But I'd kill to see a few more personal touches in this. Some of the dialogue in here is naturally pretty inflammatory (especially Lulu's when she's talking to Wakka) and Alex's concentrated lack of a reaction is a little disappointing at times. Give her more lines, and observations, and thoughts, and interactions with people other than Tidus! She's interesting! Let's see her have more of an impact in the chain of events.

Hee, old, bald wise men characters make me chuckle. I'd say giggle, but that just sounds kind of... Eh, anyway. I really liked this chapter, SOMEONE DOES SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR ALEX!SUSPICIONZ, YUS Ah, Tidus and his Yuna fangirling -_-; Haha, her stinky incense comeback was of epic proportions xD I liked the old guy x Alex interactions, 'cause Alex's immaturity is insanely relatable XD; Anyhow yeah, really enjoying this story Insanely excited for the next chapter! WILL BE WAITING RIGHT HERE 8D Ahhh, also can't wait for more of Alex's powers to be revealed, as well as more interaction between aeons and her. And I'll be hurdurdur-ing when she does some badass move or something, which'll be different lol. Ack, should go back to studying. So- g'luck! Excited for next chapter already, yo

When you asked in the chapter I don't know if you really wanted answer or not but I will answer anyways. Chappu was the younger brother, Wakka acted like he was their dad all the time and it annoyed Chappu. The people from the Luca Goers, I do not know all of their names but the leader, the man with cherry red hair, his name is dude that always follows him around and acts all knowing, with brownish blonde hair, is Graav. :)
