This was sweet! I hope you take it further but even as a oneshot it is very enjoyable.

Ok! I'm impressed. This is very good. There's a few grammatical slips, but I'm guessing that's from writing fast. Much better than the other story of yours I'm reviewing. This has potential for expansion if you want to slow down the "revelation" a little. Work out the growth of Ranma and Nibiki relationship over several days or weeks, rather than in one sparkling morning. Overall, you have some talent. But if you ever want to sell any of your work, you will have to be a better self-editor. Write something everyday.

You know, this was really nice, no life or death stuff, just, two lonely people coming together. Loved the images that you created with Kasumi and Akane, and the way Ranma was thinking.

Very Nice. I'd like to see this continued. It's too easy to just see the surface for these characters, but people are not all surface. Also very nice image of Kasumi imprisioned. "So often times it happens, that we live our lives in chains, and we never even know we have the key" - Eagles

A great story none the less. It makes sense and follows a good pattern that draws readers in. I am glad you didn't ruin the moment by having the fathers interfere or Psycho Akane attack for him touching her sister.

Eh, it was short, so I figured: "Why not?"

This is a very good fic, definitely of the serious, angsty variety. While a tad darker than reality, I can definitely see some truth in your psychological analysis of these characters. Thumbs up for the FLCL reference, by the by (awesome show...). As you warned, it got a little sappy toward the end ("Would you please…be my friend?"), but all-in-all a fine work of fiction. Keep up the good work!
