My but this is bizarre. Not that I mind. you have a very distinctive style. open and refreshing. makes me the literary equiv of pleasantly drowsy. christine seems unhinged, but amicably so. liked the bits about eyes being holes, matching the chinese lanterns, and the little details woven in about what the cabbie is going to buy for his wife and kids. absorbed.

Wow. This was amazing. I'm surprised that this doesn't have more reviews, though I've come to notice that Leroux-based fics aren't so well recieved around here. Pity.
My only nitpick is this- wouldn't Raoul and Christine have referred to Erik as Erik?
