You're bloody brilliant Burnt Flower! Or silverfeather as you like to be called here. One of the best parts of your writing is how you manage to keep the writer drawn in until the very, brutal end. I swear I felt all the emotions and feelings of that poor, crazy Sandshrew. Ive been trying my level best to think what you can do to improve, but nothing seriously comes up! Well, that was intense, to say the least. And I mean that in a good way, of course. I normally feel faint at the mere thought of blood, but this story held me so morbidly interested from start to finish that I wasn't really bothered at all. What an excellent, if not disturbing, tale of survival! Nice work.
