Oh my goodness. This chapter was so awesome. You did great with everything included in it. The memory sequence wasn't boring to me in the least. It really drove home the point of Hiei being the one to actually break the fox. The dialogue was as perfect as the mood of the story and delivered much important news in the best fashion. Truthfully, everything you did in this chapter was close to perfect for me. I loved it! Update soon!

I do that too sometimes, write out a chapter way ahead and save it until it finally comes up (I usually have to edit it so it makes sense since I most often changed the story by then...)

This is the third time I've read this (and no, I DIDN'T get a damned story alert, so I redid my request and hopefully, it'll work in the future). Anyway, as I said, this is the third time I've read this and it STILL gives me chills and makes me want to commit justifiable homicide against a certain blue/black-haired demon with violet eyes!

He's managed to cause so much pain, not only to Hiei and Kurama, but to Yusuke and Kuwabara (in this chapter) as well! And it was made ALL the more real by your crisply written dialog and wonderfully descriptive narrative. I don't know about anyone else (yet they should have been able to do so, as well) but I pictured the scenes in the chapter from start to finish! Well done and BRAVA, my dear!!
