Seriously, the angst that you have written for the character is just what could happen on the show. Well done. Now lets have some whumping/hurt/comfort etc, in the next chapter.

This is fabulous. Thank you SO Much for this. What I love the most about it is that I think this IS how John feels. I think he blames himself from waking the Wraith, having to shoot Sumner right on through to the end. He's very conflicted and doesn't see himself as a hero so much as a screwup and I think he's still all about doing what has to be done but feeling he's messing it up along the way.

And he's becoming unravelled like this on the show. So you tied it in perfectly!

First off I want a chocolate Shep before I tell you how darn good your little mindbender was. The internal debate was stressful and angsty just the way it should be. I think any commander would have felt and debated the issues like you had Sheppard go through. Secondly, you have got to add a second part to this...I hope you already planned one...please? You can't leave the man hurt falling out of the tub!
