I love this.

I loved that. It was deep and beautiful and definitely a different take in Tolkien's theology. I particularly loved the term "household gods", as in the deitis that take care of the "little thing": the child who has mumps, the plow that broke, the restless livestock.

A joy to read, as always.

This is a nice theme, very rarely played upon. I love the beauty of the simplicy and truth of the words. It rests the mind.

I also love the last line. Perfect closure.
